Geographical environment of Da Nanshan Forest Park in Yantai

Da Nanshan Forest Park is located in the center of Yantai, spanning Zhifu District, lai shan and Gaoxin District. It is an important part of the integrated landscape of Yantai Mountain, sea, city and island. Covering an area of about 60 square kilometers, the scenic spot is the city's green barrier and natural oxygen bar, and is known as Yantai's "urban green lung". The whole scenic spot belongs to warm temperate monsoon continental climate, with abundant rainfall and sunshine, and the annual average temperature is 1 1.8℃. The local mountain microclimate in the scenic spot is especially suitable for leisure and vacation. The park is centered on Nanshan, integrating Daiwang Mountain, Tashan Mountain, Fengshan Mountain and Fenghuang Mountain in the east and Qishan Mountain and Mashan Mountain in the west. The highest peak is Wangshan 40 1 m, with ups and downs, distinct spatial levels and rich landscape forms. The scenic spot is rich in human resources and has always been a place for literati to visit and compose poems. There are many historical sites, such as Taiping Temple, Sanhe Pagoda and Chikulin Temple.

"Da Nan Shan" is adjacent to the sea in the east, and "Nan Shan Dong Hai" coincides with China traditional culture "Longevity is better than Nan Shan, happiness is like the East Sea".
