How to use PS to create ancient style watermarks

1. Open the PHOTOSHOP software, click the menu: File/New, and set the size of your watermark in pixels. It is best to set it to a square with the same length and width, and the background content is transparent.

2. Select the font tool on the toolbar and enter text in the appropriate position of the newly created image. You can freely set the font, size, and color of the text, as shown in the picture.

3. Click the menu: Edit/Transform/Rotate. First press and hold the shift key on the keyboard, then press the mouse and drag to rotate 45 degrees. The result is as shown in the figure. Press the Enter key to confirm when completed. Sure.

4. Click the menu: Select/Select All, then click the menu: Edit/Define pattern, and name the pattern according to personal preference. At this point, the watermark pattern has been defined. You do not need to repeat the above steps if you want to add watermarks to pictures in the future.

5. Open the image you want to add a watermark to, click on the icon in the red circle, and create a new layer. (If you can’t find this small window, you can press F7 on the keyboard)

6. Click the menu: Edit/Fill, select the pattern from the [Use] drop-down box, some of which come with PS pattern, the watermark pattern you just created is the last one, click to select your watermark pattern.

7. As shown in the picture, the watermark will be overlaid and filled on your picture, but at this time you may feel that the watermark is too obvious, affecting the browsing effect of the original picture.

8. Save the image as JPG or GIF format, and you’re done
