(3) Relevant requirements:

1. The contestants will form an entrepreneurial planning team with complementary disciplinary advantages, scientific professional staffing, and reasonable personnel structure, based on extensive market research and enterprise analysis. To complete a complete, specific and feasible entrepreneurial (business) plan to bring products or services to the market, and create conditions to attract funds and launch the plan into the market.

2. The proposed product or service should be an invention or authorized invention created by the contestant, or it can be a conceptual product or service that may be developed and researched.

3. Contestants must submit a complete business plan including appendices. The winning contestants will be recommended to participate in the "Challenge Cup" Chinese College Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition.

4. At least 2 articles from each college, no limit to more.

(5) Requirements for receiving manuscripts: The works are divided into electronic version and written version (the written version is required to be printed on A4 paper). All reports shall be collected and submitted to the Youth League Committee of the school on a college-by-college basis.

Three , Application Instructions

1. This competition is a business plan competition. Entrepreneurship projects can include products (agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, food and related industries; biomedicine; chemical technology, environmental science; electronic information; materials; machinery and energy) and service consulting. The projects must have good innovation sex, scientificity, practicality and good market prospects, etc.

2. Entrepreneurship team members generally consist of 4-6 people. The knowledge structure of the members must be reasonable and should include students from multiple professional fields such as product technology research and development or creative research, business management, marketing, and financial management.

3. With the assistance of the college and the student community youth league committee, the instructor will be contacted and determined by the team, usually 1-3 people. The identified instructor must have sufficient guidance time and have expertise in related fields. Knowledge.

4. The outstanding works and award-winning works participating in this year’s 12th “Challenge Cup” Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition can also be submitted after being modified into a business plan.

5. The submitted works will be initially reviewed by the university’s student science and technology innovation activity expert group to determine the funding projects, and the funding will be allocated from the university’s university student science and technology innovation fund. The funding will be provided in two phases, with the initial funding amount ranging from 500 to 2,000 yuan, and additional funding amounts depending on the performance of the works in the later stages.

6. The work application form can be downloaded from the campus website and the school youth league committee website, and the team leader should fill it out truthfully as required.

7. When applying, submit five copies of the work application form and the business plan (the business plan is about 2,000 words).

4. If the works guided by our school's teachers win awards, according to the provisions of Jiaotong University [2009] No. 155, the performance points of the corresponding positions can be offset according to the award level, and the corresponding workload remuneration can be obtained. Students who win awards will be rewarded in accordance with the relevant provisions in the "Student Handbook" and will be comprehensively considered in the school's evaluation of excellence and the exemption from examination for master's degree studies.

5. The school youth league committee will hold touring exhibitions of winning works from previous "Challenge Cup" business plan competitions in various communities in the near future, and will invite relevant experts to hold lectures on the "Challenge Cup" business plan competition activities in due course to guide the general public. 6.
