What does Angkeira i-stop mean?
How i-stop works:
When the gear of the transmission is in the D gear, the driver steps on the brake, and Axela stops completely. The engine control system will cut off the oil supply of the engine, so that the engine stops completely and the engine idle speed drops to zero.
At this time, i-stop system will select a cylinder with the best piston phase angle for standby 3354 according to the static state of four groups of pistons. Because the ideal phase angle of the piston is 90 degrees, the phase angle of the piston in this cylinder must be between 40 degrees and 100 degrees. The system will open the throttle of this cylinder, let fresh air enter the cylinder, and completely exhaust the exhaust gas in the cylinder.
Once the driver releases the brake, the i-stop system will immediately issue an instruction through the engine control system to inject fuel into the newly selected cylinder for ignition, so as to extract the maximum torque at the moment of starting. In this process, the function of the battery is only to ignite, so the i-stop system will not adversely affect the life of the battery.
Introduction to i-stop:
I-stop made its first public appearance at the 2008 Eco-products Environmental Protection Exhibition. The meaning of its name is that I of i-stop stands for idle speed (idle stop/engine idle speed), intelligence (intelligence) and I (me), and it also embodies the meaning of I-Stop (I will stop idling and pay attention to environmental protection). It is an intelligent idle stop system independently developed by Mazda. The biggest difference between i-stop and StopStart engine start-stop system is that I-STOP does not rely on electric starter to restart the engine, but adopts electronic control technology to control the stop position of the piston in advance for the first time in the world, that is, it is an energy-saving technology to restart the engine by fuel injection and combustion at the initial stage of engine re-ignition.
