My home in Chongqing has heavy fog all year round. I often go out to look at Feng Shui and I can't see clearly in the distance. I was wondering if there are any telescopes that can see through fog?

If you are talking about a general optical telescope, then there is none. Although radio telescopes can see through clouds and fog, I don't think you will need one. However, I think that if you only consider Feng Shui from the perspective of orientation, you may be able to use satellite maps to see Feng Shui. Although it is not as real as seeing it with your own eyes, it can still provide you with some useful information, and you can look wherever you want.
