Brief introduction of Mr. Qi Gong
Qi Gong (1965438+July 26th, 2002-June 30th, 2005), also known as Yuan Bo. Peking man, Manchu. China calligrapher, painter, cultural relic connoisseur and appraiser. On the Creation of Running Script
1, the seniors who started practicing running script suggested that it should not be too big to master, and it is more reasonable to use seven or eight square characters. In order to practice cantilever, we might as well choose some large and easy-to-find flat plates to study. For example, Su Dongpo's Before and After Red Cliff Fu and Huang Gu's Song Fengge Poetry. Although the departure script is more free than the regular script, it can't be written too fast, otherwise it will form letter graffiti, not only can't get the shape of the monument, let alone its spirit. It is even more difficult to learn running script, not only to learn its strokes, fonts and structures like regular script, but also to learn the relationship between strokes, characters and lines.
2. Running script can't be understood as letters, but it also has its rules. For example, the root, radical, prefix, word height, word frame and overall structure all have certain rules. To put it simply, running script is just a simplification of regular script, with strokes connected, strong echo, great disparity in size and patchwork. As long as you pay attention to study and master the rules of writing, you will make rapid progress.
Suitable for writing running script are yunshu paper, jade buckle paper, wool paper and historical paper. 3. When writing running script, depending on the size of the characters, it is advisable to use wool-like block letters (long front) or double-line brush.
