Total length 1260 kilometers

Design speed 120 kilometers per hour

The designed freight capacity is 200 million tons per year and the passenger transport capacity is 15 pairs/day

Positioning a coal transportation channel to accommodate a small amount of passenger transport

Opening date: December 2014

The railway corridor in central and southern Shanxi Province starts from Wattang in Xing County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province, passes southward through Linxian, Liulin, and Puxian counties, turns eastward through Hongdong and Changzhi, and is introduced after crossing the Beijing-Guangzhou Line Tangyin East Station on the Tangtai Line in Anyang City, Henan Province, uses the Tangtai Line to add a second line to Taiqian County, Puyang City, Henan Province. It crosses the Beijing-9th Line to the north in Taiqian County, then turns south and crosses the Yellow River, passing through Liangshan County, Jining City, Shandong Province , Ciyao Town, Ningyang County, Tai'an City, Tianbao Town, Yangliu Town, Xintai City, Laiwu City, Yiyuan County, Zibo City, Yishui County, Linyi City, Ju County, Rizhao City, Wentuan Town, Junan County, Linyi City, Linyi It runs from Zhulu Town, Lingang Industrial Zone, to Jufeng Town, Lanshan District, Rizhao City, and then to Rizhao Gangnan District. It runs through the three provinces of Shanxi, Henan and Shandong. The total length of the line is 1,260 kilometers, crossing Luliang Mountain, Taiyue Mountain, Taihang Mountain, and Yihe (the largest river in Shandong). ) basin, the Mengshan Mountain System (referred to as Yimeng Mountain), and the Rizhao low mountains and hills, passing through 12 cities in Shanxi, Henan, and Shandong provinces, of which 579 kilometers, 255 kilometers, and 426 kilometers are within the boundaries of Shanxi, Henan, and Shandong provinces respectively. The main design technical standards are national railway level I, double-track electrification, driving speed 120km/h, heavy-duty railway. The main line is 1,259.57 kilometers long, of which 1,034.89 kilometers are newly built, and 170.673 kilometers of second lines are built using existing lines. The supporting construction is in conjunction with the Hewa, Nan Tongpu, Taijiao lines, Beijing-Guangzhou lines, Beijing-Kowloon lines, and Beijing-Shanghai lines. The length of the tie line is 113.977 kilometers. The railway corridor in central and southern Shanxi spans the Luliang Mountains, Taiyue Mountains, Taihang Mountains, the North China Plain and the Yellow River, the central Shandong mountainous area, the Yihe River (the largest river in Shandong) basin, the Mengshan Mountains (referred to as Yimeng Mountains), and the Rizhao low mountains and hills. Luliang Mountain is the highest point on the entire line, with a ground elevation of more than 1,555 meters. Rizhao area in the low mountainous and hilly area of eastern Shandong is the lowest point on the entire line, with a ground height of only 50 meters and a drop of more than 1,500 meters. Therefore, the construction of railway corridors in central and southern Shanxi requires either building bridges or digging tunnels. According to the plan, 425 bridges with a total length of 243 kilometers and 158 tunnels with a total length of 332 kilometers will be built along the entire railway corridor in central and southern Shanxi. The bridges and tunnels account for 46.8% of the total length of the entire line. The longest tunnel on the entire line is the South Luliang Mountain Tunnel, a double-hole single-lane tunnel. The left tunnel is 23.443 kilometers long and the right tunnel is 23.473 kilometers long.

The operation and management method of the railway corridor lines in central and southern Shanxi is the unified construction, operation and management of the national railway. The project was jointly funded and constructed by the Ministry of Railways, Shanxi Province, Henan Province, and Shandong Province, and the project legal person "Shanxi Central and Southern Railway Channel Company" was established to be responsible for the construction and asset management of the project. The Tanghe Line, Tangtai Line and Xintai Line will use segment assets to invest in the company. The newly built Luliang-Linxian railway branch line project is located in Luliang City, Shanxi Province, and is constructed by Shanxi Central and Southern Railway Channel Company. The line leads from Luliang Station of the Taizhongyin Railway, passes through Dawu Town to Sanjiao, and then goes north to Linxian County and south to Linxian Qikou. The total length of the main line is 98.8 km, of which Luliang to Sanjiao is a single line with a line length of 44.8km; Linxian north to Qikou is a double line with a line length of 54km.
