When the plunger is in the low position, two oil holes in the plunger sleeve are opened, and the inner cavity of the plunger sleeve is communicated with the oil passage in the pump body, so that the fuel quickly fills the oil cavity. When the cam pushes the roller of the roller body, the plunger rises. Move upward from the beginning of the plunger until the oil hole is blocked by the upper end face of the plunger. Method of adjusting the air pressure of diesel pump: 1. First, find the connecting pipe between the filter element and the big pump, loosen the hollow screw of the connecting pipe of the big pump head, and then press the hand oil pump. When there is no air in the hollow screw, press the hand oil pump while tightening the screw; 2. Until the hand pump pressure is high or the oil return sound of the big pump is heard. Do it. If the oil circuit is equipped with a multi-way valve and the oil return pipe is connected with the oil inlet pipe, the top thread of the multi-way valve needs to be removed; 3. If there is air in the pipeline, the air in the oil circuit will be compressed after stepping on the brake, making the brake soft, increasing the invalid stroke and obviously reducing the braking force, which is very dangerous. Therefore, when changing brake oil, most technicians will use more than two bottles of brake oil, mainly to drain the pipeline.
