For me, in addition to family friendship and endless nostalgia, the most fascinating thing is the nostalgia on the tip of my tongue. Yuhuan is known as the "Jasper of the East China Sea" due to its green mountains, green waters and rich natural products. It is a good place for leisure and vacation, especially for those who like seafood, beach, culture and art.

As a foodie who enjoys everything, I can’t help but go to Yuhuan during the holidays. Some friends will ask: "How to get to Yuhuan?" You can choose to drive by yourself, or check if your city has a direct bus to Yuhuan. The terminal station of the train is currently Wenling Station, and then transfer to Chu Take the minibus from the door or Yuhuan. I have taken a lot of photos without realizing it over the years, and I am always reluctant to delete them, but the memory space on my phone is already full. When they had almost used up their pocket money, they would go home. There were very few with a steady buttocks. Sit on a long bench and watch a play. I have the impression that there is a fried conch dish, which is packaged in a triangle with torn pages from an old book. It is also sold by children. One or two corners can be chewed once.

Xiangsnail is a must-have at banquets, but its varieties and prices vary. There are also many varieties of clams and other shellfish. The big ones are hairy clams and the small blood clams are used for tonic.

My mother likes to pick oysters, and I like to pick conches. The elders are also good at catching small razor clams. Their memories of the tidal flat are like walking barefoot on the ridge of the fields. Going to the paddy fields is afraid of being bitten by locusts. Going to the tidal flat is afraid of dents and being punctured by broken glass. Naturally, they are covered in mud.

This is how razor clams grow! But I prefer to eat wild razor clams. Why the water on the east coast doesn't look as blue as you think? They have tidal flats after low tide.

As the saying goes: "If you rely on the mountains, you will eat the mountains; if you rely on the sea, you will eat the sea." At the seaside and in fishing villages, you will see scenes of weaving fishing nets and drying fish.

Although seafood is delicious, it is not easy to come by.

Some are octopuses, and some are called octopuses. But as shown in the picture on the left below, this one is weirdly long and eats the whole thing. This is the main ingredient in Yuhuan’s famous clear soup Wangchao: Wangchao.

The appearance and size of the same skinned fish are too different, but no matter whether they are big or small, as long as they are fresh, they are delicious. The most important thing about seafood is freshness.

There are a lot of strange shapes, and some particularly large rice fish need to be divided and sold. They are too bloody and will not be played.

People are strange animals. Sometimes after staying at home for a long time, they will miss the memories of the past and the dishes they once had in other cities. This is probably what Mr. Lu Xun said: rare things are valuable. I have been wandering in a different place for a long time, and I deeply miss the delicious taste of my hometown.
