Criteria for good weather, climate and rainfall
If you look at the data that occurred within a day, the data provided are very bad weather - extremely heavy rain.
If the climate data occurs within a year, it is an extremely dry climate - a subtropical desert climate.
According to the supplementary data, the three locations are all in the southern hemisphere. A is a subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest climate zone, with hot and rainy weather at the same time, and rainfall is relatively uniform throughout the year; B is a tropical rainforest climate, humid and rainy. High temperature all year round; C is a Mediterranean climate, with rain in winter and dryness in summer. In contrast, A's climate is better.
If the rainfall is less than 10mm, it is a place with harsh climate and extreme dryness. It is impossible for humans to settle and survive.
"mm" is the unit of rainfall: millimeters or liters per square meter. 100 mm of precipitation equals 100 liters/square meter of precipitation. If converted to the average water depth of precipitation, 100 mm of precipitation is equivalent to an average of 0.1 meters of precipitation per square meter. There is no unit of "nm".
